We process the personal data people voluntarily provide to us when applying for a vacancy or submitting a spontaneous application.
This includes name, date of birth, e-mail address and information about education, work experience, the languages spoken and skills possessed, as well as any other information added by the person to the CV or motivation letter.
For certain job applications, we may require additional information, such as copies of degree certificate, references and security clearance. Should a social media screening be relevant for and part of the recruitment process, we will inform the applicant about this separately, both before and after the screening.
In order for us to be able to submit a candidature we might process additional information about the job candidate, such as salary or benefits information, relevant personality traits and preferences with respect to the types of roles he/she would like to work in.
We may sometimes collect your contact details from the public domain, such as LinkedIn profiles.
We may then use this information to contact Job Candidates about our vacancies and services. We only contact people when we have legitimate reasons to believe they may be interested in one of our vacancies or services.
If people are not interested, we may process their data to make sure we will not contact them again.
We collect Job Candidates personal data to offer recruitment services to our customers, to identify and qualify suitable candidates that match a specific job description, to make contact with them to arrange an interview, for accounting purposes and to comply with legal obligations.
We process Job Candidates personal data because this is necessary in order to take steps at their request prior to entering into a contract.
We may also process people personal data to comply with a legal obligation or because this is necessary for purposes of our legitimate interests, such as to find good employees, to improve our services and to protect our financial interests.
If one voluntarily provides us with sensitive personal data (such as a photo revealing racial background), he/she explicitly consent to us processing the data for recruitment purposes.
Without Job Candidates personal data we cannot process or accept a job application. We do not make use of automated decision-making (including profiling).
Unless the Job Candidates request us to delete personal data earlier, we will retain it for two years after registration or latest activity on the Job Candidates side. Legal retention periods or other compelling reasons (such as legal claims) may require us to retain Job Candidates data for a longer period.
